NJDynamics effectively removes the clutter from your business from having to do everything on paper and keep manual records of every aspect of your business.

This is why we put ourselves in your shoes. We come to your premises and have a chat about what it is that you do, and what you would like to improve on. We then spend time at your business - days if we have to. We go to every length to ensure that we understand the every need of your enterprise and take action to cater for the unique problems that you face as a business owner every day.
 

 
3. My business has many departments, can they all use the same system in different parts of the building? (top of page)
 

Of course!

We use web-based technology, meaning that you only have to install the system on one computer and then simply access the system from any computer on the network that has a web-browser.

This means that you don't have to spend lots of money upgrading all of your computers. All you need is a good server, which we can provide. We offer a wide array of servers that you can rent or buy.

If each department needs a slightly different set of functions, that is fine too. We can design the system to integrate all of the different departmental functions into the same framework creating synergy throughout your business.
 

 
4. How long does it take to create my tailored program? (top of page)
 

Tailored software typically takes 2-6 months to create.

 

 
5. How do I get support for this software? (top of page)
 

With your custom software, we print full manuals detailing every aspect of the program. We also include a CD with a digital copy of the software just incase you lose your manual.

You can order new copies of your manual at any time from NJDynamics.

You will also receive free support1 for the first year that you use your software. This includes 24 hour email support and Monday-Friday telephonic support.

6. Does NJDynamics offer staff training for the software? (top of page)
 

NJDynamics includes in the software costs, staff training for up to 25 staff members (in group sessions) and one on one training for up to 5 staff members.

For an additional fee, you can request additional training (eg : for new staff) at any time.
